Unwilling to go the extra mile for their customers!

Absolutely pathetic service. Dropped a parcel in the box before 9:30 in the morning expecting it to be delivered to a client by 12 the next afternoon. Lo and behold I get a message from my client that the parcel has not been delivered by 4 in the afternoon. It is an urgent order as she is a baker and it was a cookie cutter for an order the following day. I proceed to phone the call center to be told that they are trying to get hold of the zone controller and I would receive a call-back in 15 minutes time. One hour later I still have not received a call so I phone back. I then relay the story again and am told the best they can do is to deliver the next morning after I tell them it is already late. I then have to drive from Alberton to Sandton to collect my parcel, WAIT HALF AN HOUR BECAUSE THE DRIVER HAS NOT ARRIVED BACK, and then only go drop the parcel off MYSELF! I have wasted the money buying the aramex bag as well as petrol driving to do the delivery myself! This is unprofessional and unacceptable service! First and last time using them! Will never recommend to anybody their services!
