Untrustable courier company

I posted my parcel in March from jhb to cape town even today . The receiver haven't received the parcel . I called last month the lady told me that she is going to call me back up until now am still waiting .. my tracking number dbp ********** 1096 ... I wouldn't recommend Aramex to my relatives since I was being referred by a friend .. if I knew that it was going to take this long I was going to send via loyal companies not this Aramax.
