untraceable parcel / Lost parcel

my parcel was dropped at Dube Village at Inanda BP Garage on the 30th of April 2021, up until today no parcel and its not traceable. been calling everyday and no progress on this matter provided.

been now given a case DUR/0421/230.... i beleave a footage should be requested from the store in order to get y parcel!
