Unsatisfied with aramex!!!!!!

I have just had the shiftiest experience with Aramex South Africa!!!! I am in awe I posted a parcel on Thursday 19/11/2020 and even today it hasn’t arrived so I decided to call the call centre and find out what the issue is. To my shock I get told that the aramex truck got burnt on the N3 to Durban and there’s nothing the can do about it and they don’t take responsibility for it. Which to me is utter bull****!!!!
