Unsatisfied Client

Aramex has poor service delivery... I was sent the parcel on the 4th June 2021 still today the 18th I haven't received it when I call them they say that the parcel was delivered to Northern Cape how I don't know because my address is North West and they seem not to care according to my own perspective I should make a plan on how to collect it from Northern Cape...I'll never use aramex ever again... I hope they can see how they are loosing clients due to their poor service
