Unsatisfied and highly disappointed at ARAMEX

I ordered items from Shein and the time frame of delivery was expected for the 12-15th Dec. Today is the 21st and I have still not received my order. It's been sitting in Jhb transit from 6th Dec. I need my items by this week as I specifically ordered for my birthday this Saturday and it's passed 5days that it has been delay. Please help
