Unsatisfactory Service

On the 19 December 2019 a parcel was sent via Aramex in Midrand. The parcel have takkies for my kids for Christmas. The courier is an overnight service I expected to receive my parcel the following day it didn't came on Monday they didn't deliver. On Tuesday 24 December 2019 they phoned at around 13h00 which I already left for the day since it was Christmas eve. I asked the driver to deliver at work which I requested our security to accept on my behalf. They didn't came, on Friday the 27th December 2019 they send a message in the morning that they are coming to deliver before 12h00 it didn't happen. To date I haven't receive my parcel. Very disappointed my kids didn't have clothes to wear on Christmas. Today is my last day I am going on leave for a week. I will appreciate if Aramex will contact me and make arrangement to deliver.
