Unresponsive mobile app

Since Aramex went mobile the service has been horrific!! Sies!! The app is not user friendly, the location function cannot work and pick up relevant pick up point. The Checkers at mall of the south couldn't even assist me and sold me this nonsense sleeve without a waybill. Apparently it was the last one but it was open. This is so disappointing. I'm considering another service. My parcel cannot be sent because this stupid app cannot even accept checkers mall of the south as a primary address (from). The stupid app sends am error message that doesn't even make sense and has no error code. Terrible move. Aramex must get better app devs this is nonsense and is very frustrating
