Unreliable service provider

The WORST courier service in existence. Had an important parcel from the U.S to be delivered on Wednesday. Full address given, no1 pitches up, no1 calls & midday I get a notification that the driver called & he alleges it went to voicemail-ABSOLUTE LIES, nobody called....besides, there was a proper address given, why didn't he go deliver to the address. Anyway I call the depot to let them know its an urgent package & ill collect- but this wasnt possible as it was still with the driver & indicated they will deliver the next day (Thursday). By midday I check again on my to find it wasn't never taken for delivery and still at the depot. I demanded answers & a lady called Preshanta assured me it will be delivered to my residence between 6pm & 8pm to make up for their INCOMPETENCE. Another FILTHY lie, waited 2 hrs for nothing- NO delivery arrived! PLEASE DO NOT USE ARAMEX, RATHER PAY DOUBLE IF YOU HAVE TO BUT JUST USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
