Unreliable service by Aramex South Africa

I would give Aramex south Africa a zero rating if there was one. On the 16th of October 2023 I sent my daughter her bank card via Aramex service. I dropped off my bag at my nearest Pick and Pay in Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain. What was dropped off was someone's legal documents and not what I sent my daughters bank card. They couldn't find my bag. I paid R150 at the bank for a replacement card and stupidly decided to trust Aramex. I wrapped my daughter's replacement bank card in a sweater and dropped off my bag at the same pick and pay on the 15th of November 2023 between 17:30 and 18:00. I tried to track my bag and it hasn't even been scanned and today is the 21st of November. So now i must go and pay another R150 for a replacement card and try another courier service.? Aramex South Africa is very unreliable and it's clear that there is theft.
