Unreliable Service and Poor Communication

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aramex. My parcel has been rescheduled for delivery three days in a row. Two days ago, I updated my phone number to ensure the driver could contact me, yet on the day of delivery, the driver still called the wrong number!

Despite my efforts to rectify the issue, I am now told the delivery will be rescheduled again. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable. I just want my package delivered without further delays or complications. Aramex, please improve your service!
