unreliable service

The lady at the Lydenburg depot is sooo rude and ***********. doesn't show any empathy from the company regarding the delay of parcels. called regarding my parcel which arrived at the depot on the 3rd of January 2024 which is still there till today shew tells me I will only get it on Monday or Wednesday or i can come to the depot and collect. i have to wait a week to get a parcel that's 60 kilometers away from my destination. drivers lie that the called whilst they didn't
