Unreliable, Non existent support when packages sent go missing or are not delivered at all.

I had a very important parcel sent from JHB to Durban last week Friday. This is supposed to be an overnight delivery. It is now the following Thursday, the parcel has not been received, the tracking app and online tracker says its not been registered, and I cant get hold of anyone from Aramex to assist. Their online customer service is virtually non existent and nobody answers the telephone. So now my parcel is lost, the pick up depot (Pick n Pay) says it was picked up, but Aramex cannot be contacted. Now, what do I do? It was medication that is desperately needed. Never ever using this service again.
