Unreliable, inefficient and appalling

It’s been 3 weeks and yet my parcel is nowhere to be found. It has had no tracking updates in almost two weeks and I have no idea where it is or if I should even expect it. I’ve been told it’s in the process of being cleared and to be patient, but it’s been two weeks of just clearance, when I was told it only takes 2-4 days — another parcel of mine that arrived at your facility a week later has already been cleared within a few days yet this one has still not despite it arriving there a week earlier. This is unacceptable. If you go onto their Instagram page, you’ll see that there are MANY people with this same problem. Some people’s packages have been lying in their offices collecting dust since November and yet nothing, I’ve contacted them via this platform and they said to DM them but they didn’t bother reading it or replying; they are currently doing this to many other people.
