Unreliable delivery service

They will not go the extra mile. They tell the client that delivery will happen between 8 am and 5 pm. (a little bit of a big spread? Then they arrive at 5.33pm, ring the bell once and drive off. I asked why the driver did not call me, to make sure i am not there, or just to let me know he was running late. Aramex reply was , they no not provide that service!!
