Unreliable Delivery and No Communication Aramex south Africa
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Aramex South Africa. I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 12 days now, and every time I call, I’m told it will be delivered the following day — yet that never happens. When I follow up again, no one can give me a clear explanation about the delay. All I’m told is that the issue will be “escalated,” but nothing changes.
At this point, I don’t even know if my parcel is missing. The lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better service.

11 Dec 2025, 20:07I have been calling Aramex repeatedly requesting a clear update on my parcel (Tracking Number: ***). Each time, I am told the case has been escalated and is being handled by someone named Amelia Mpango, but no actual update has been provided.
According to the tracking information, my parcel arrived in Johannesburg on 1 December, yet I have still not received it. On 11 December, I spoke to an agent on WhatsApp who informed me that an urgent delivery was requested. Later that same day, I received a notification on the Aramex app stating that my parcel had been delivered to PostNet Parktown.
I went to collect it, but PostNet confirmed that no parcel was delivered there. The PostNet staff member even called Aramex on my behalf, and your team then said the parcel was not yet delivered. When I asked for a clear timeframe for delivery, the agent on the phone could not give me an answer.
At this point, the service I have received is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I urgently need my parcel and can no longer continue waiting without proper communication or resolution.
Please provide immediate clarity on:
- Where my parcel actually is,
- Why incorrect delivery information was shown, and
- When I can expect the parcel to be delivered.
I expect an urgent response and resolution.
