Unreliable courier services, Aramex

I am waiting for my parcel from Durban since it was posted overnight post on Friday and up until today I have not received it. To crown it all, it was received at the Pretoria branch on Tuesday 06:00 and not by me yet. I am right next to their offices in Pretoria. Their online tracking does not work and nobody rep**** my msg I sent. What an unreliable courier service
