Unreliable courier, cheap and not worth the headaches.

Aramex have not delivered my parcel in almost two weeks for an overnight delivery! They're contact numbers will keep you hanging for over 15 minutes, and option 2 for track and trace goes dead, no one to reply to your enquiries. Perhaps I should sue for not delivering a promised overnight delivery service. Disgusting. I've learned my lesson, rather use a more expensive service and get satisfaction.
