unreliable and no customer service

DON'T USE ARAMEX FOR BUSINESS!!

I made the mistake of using Aramex as an alternative courier for shipping to my customers to more remote areas where the courier services would be more expensive and I paid the price for it when they lost the parcel and didn't bother investigating or refunding me even after I did few follow ups for my logged case.

I now raised the courier cost for remote areas so I can rather work with a reliable company with a proper customer service.

My advice is not to use Aramex as they have no guarantee to deliver neither insurance policy to cover the cost of lost parcels.
