UNRELIABLE

<p>I had a parcel which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but when they came to deliver they called me with a private number which I did not see ring. I couldn't return the call as there was no number, I called the customer service and they informed me that someone did try to call me but I did not pick up but said they will deliver the following day. I waited the following for a call but nothing and ended up calling customer service to find out if my parcel was still coming and they confirmed that it will be delivered today. I call again At 4:30pm to ask them about the latest time the driver may deliver and they said 5pm. I waited till 5 and left. Now when I check on the Internet for my parcel status it says WAITING FOR ADDRESS CONFIRMATION. I have been combining my address on every call I made. This is an inconvenience and I really need this parcel</p>
