Unregistered parcel

Bad service I've ever come across!!!!Rude call center agent, no urgency whatsoever. I sent a customer's parcel on the 20th of April at Pick n Pay Louis botha Avenue Johannesburg for my daughter's customer who had a birthday party in a few days from then. There was no network when the driver came to pick up the parcels and when I scanned it, it indicated 'processing' so we both thought that the confirmation will eventually come through. I waited for the confirmation but it didn't come that day. The following day I called Aramex (21/04/23) and the guy transferred me to the Sandton warehouse where I was not helped at al but he gave me a reference no.JNB 0423/1626. When I called the guy that transferred my call to the warehouse, he was very rude and told me that 'they will call me' with a bad attitude. I've been calling ever since and have waist over R200 artime trying to resolve this. My daughter list that customer and the courier bag had 2 kiddies outfits, a memory card reader and a key. I feel the driver should have insisted that I get confirmation before taking my parcel. Now I'm confused cos he knows the rules and why there JUST be confirmation before taking any parcel. I NEED MY DAUGHTER'S PARCEL ARAMEX PLEASE!!!!
