Unprofessionalism of Aramex Johannesburg Express Head Office

From Johannesburg, a parcel was meant to be delivered to me (Mafikeng) on September 17th, 2021. I then tracked it via their website.I tried calling, but the consultants were rude, and the other way said they delivered a package that I didn't receive. I asked who signed for the package, but no one answered, and I was told that an investigation would be conducted into my package. And if that's the case, what caused the driver to miss my delivery? Those deliveries will be prioritized for the next day. Meanwhile, on the website, it is stated that an attempted delivery was made but that the client was unavailable and that the delivery was rescheduled... I spent the entire day at home, therefore there's no such thing! I waited all day today, September 28th, and still nothing. I tried phoning them but got no response! I sent an email to inquire, but received no response!!! Something strange is going on at the Aramex Johannesburg Express headquarters.
