Unprofessionalism at its best

My current experience with aramex is appalling, have been awaiting my delivery for days unending and no communication is done with me regarding my delivery, I am being told that drivers ran out time as they have excessive deliveries, what kind of excuse is that. I spoke to an agent in the morning (Naledi) and she confirmed delivery will be done today COB, later on I enquire with another agent (Edith) same agent who confirmed yesterday that the delivery will be today COB and now am being told drivers have knocked off with my parcel still undelivered. No communication is done with me nothing. Last week I spoke to an agent to confirm the best delivery date and they "attempt" on a unconfirmed date without contacting me first
