Unprofessional. ********. *******.

Once again I have been ****med by Aramex. Their service is disgusting. They accepted delivery of my order from Nike but then called to say they do not deliver to my area and I should collect my package myself. I asked them to return my order to Nike so I can work with Nike to make alternative delivery arrangements with a company that would deliver to my area. Instead Aramex is now claiming to have delivered my order when they have not. Not only is their service appalling but they are now *******!
