Unprofessional logistics company

I am soo disappointed with Aramex. Firstly they kept my package in customs for 12 days without notifying me that I have to pay the customs fee. I had to call them and enquire. Secondly they delayed to send me an invoice. I had to call soo many time for them to send it. Thirdly they promised that my package would arrive on 14 October 2021, however they kept on making excuses the whole day.
