Unprofessional behavior by Aramex driver

Aramex was used to courier my parcel from Johannesburg to Cape Town, when I tracked the parcel it reflected in transient. I called the aramex office the person that took my call was helpful, she connected me to the driver, the driver said there was no one to the provided delivery address which is not possible because it's an office building with 24/7 security personnel. There is always someone at the building. The driver provided another venue that was convenient for me him, he refused other venues that me and the office suggested. I had agreed to his venue. When I got to the venue, he was not there I had to wait for him. No apology for being late or for not delivering at the provided address. He behaved like he was doing me a favour while I paid for the service.
