Unprofessional Aramex.

Horrible experience, I sent my parcel through Aramex last week Friday, it still hasn't reached client. When I called them, they said the matter would be escalated with Line management and that I will be given a call, I haven't received no communication. When I call the service line, it's not being picked up. In all honesty, I will be labeled as dishonest by my clients, because of this delivery issue.
