Unprofessional and inconsiderate service

I am so shocked at the level of service i got from the 3 Agents i spoke to when i was doing a follow up on my waybill for delivery. In as much as delays happen in any business but how and when it is communicated is important. The call took me more than 10 minutes and the overall answer i got was just wait your parcel will be delivered when it does . There is nothing we can do just chill. Wow
