Unnecessary Delays at Aramex

I ordered my tablet from Incredible Connections on 18 December. The following day I received an email from Incredible saying that my delivery is on its way. My receipt says I will receive my order with in 2 to 5 working days and when I check the status it says that the parcel is still at their place in Sandton. We are on day 6 and the status hasn't changed. No communication whatsoever has been done from their side to assist with this matter. Why do companies still use this courier?
