Unnecessary delay in clearing my parcel at Customs

My parcel was detained at customs. Katleho Motloung contacted me for email to send documents they need for clearance of my parcel. I send documents and they request documents again and again some of which I have already sent to them. Not sure if they are fami**** with Customs rules because if a parcel is a gift and for personal use, ID no should be sufficient to clear it. now they play delay tactics and Aramex plays post office. they don't even check that what the client is asking for, she has already provided. They don't act in client's interests at all. I will never recommend them to anyone!
