Unnecessary Breakage

I received my package today (originated USA) - ***. The contents (corningware dish) is shattered!!!!! The seller wrapped it well in many layers of bubblewrap. I phoned the Sandton office today and was told to contact the seller and to ask for another one to be sent. THIS IS A RARE ITEM, THEY ARE NOT JUST RANDOMLY SITTING ON SHELVES!! I was given an email address... which doesn't exist!!! I would like someone to view camera footage - driver ID 47856, of this parcel being loaded into the delivery car/van and also being put back (thrown more likely) into the warehouse on Friday afternoon, packed and then reloaded this morning. The item is insured and to pass the buck to the seller is unacceptable. I await a reply. Thank you.
