Unhelpful call center

It has one star as I can't rate it no stars. Waiting on an international parcel delivery on which payment has to be made. After finally having the call answered after holding on for almost 15 min, I had to request the invoice to make payment with the hope of having a answer as to when I could expect the delivery. The call center staff have no clue on how to answer - just that the parcel is in transit with no delivery date.
