Unhappy with not getting any communication

This is the 2nd time receiving a parcel through Aramex since i moved back home in Uitenhage, I'm not happy with their services cause i never receive a message telling me to expect my deliver. In Cape Town i used to receive a message and a call from the driver telling me to expect my delivery the morning it's on it's way. One of the drivers even said they don't get any airtime to call the customers. I even called their offices the last time this happened.What if there's no one at home when delivering the parcel are they suppose to take it back to the office? I only received a message after i received my parcel to show that you guys had my contact number. You guys should rectify this and i know i'm not the only customer experiencing this.
