Unhappy with Aramex

I am not satisfied with the customer care from Aramex Johannesburg Express Head Office, SA. I was supposed to get my parcel yesterday, 14 October. I received an sms last night at 18h00 to say "customer not available". I WAS AT HOME WAITING ALL DAY FOR THE PARCEL. No-one arrived from Aramex or gave me a call. Now they are supposed to come today and it's 11h40 and no-one has arrived yet. I tried calling Aramex but I keep getting cut off. Hopefully my parcel will arrive today. I'm not happy with the service I'm getting. If you are unable to get hold of a customer, CALL THEM, that's why you have my cellphone number!!!!!!
