Unhappy customer

I was sent a package through Aramex South Africa 25 November received a message that my package will arrive before 12 midday 26 November same message but nothing I had to call Aramex South Africa countless times Valencia at head office I spoke to her every time I called She called the operations manager The manager told her that the package is on its way, the driver(Adnaan Adie) is on Mollie street I had people people waiting for this package. We waited for hours and hours When the driver(Adnaan Adie) called me saying his on Mollie street I asked him where is he exactly he responded Greymont and he was very rude then he decides to cut the call. Greymont is a totally different area from Whiteridge Is this how Aramex South Africa runs their business 1st: Unprofessional 2nd: Not truthful 3rd: Cutting the call on the customer The package finally arrived 16:30
