Unhappy customer!

I dropped a parcel on the 8th and then on the 10th my client called and told me she was informed that the courier was hijacked and that the could net get a hold of me (becauseI was still at work) to talk to me about the refunding. I called them, about four times and couldn't reach them. The following day I tried again but my number was blocked. I wh Wrote an email and no response as yet. My client is frastrated. I literally don't know what to do. The other thing now is that they break my parcels, two deliveries we broken something that has never happened before...I am so disappointed and frastrated, for a second time now..
