Unhappy Customer

On the 7th August 2019 there was a parcel that was posted through Aramex Courier from Joburg and the poster was promised to delivered the next day 8th August 2019 but till today I haven't received the parcel. On the delivery invoice the poster tick the door to door box but the dispacthers says there are not allowed to deliver door to door. Aramex delivery policy state that we deliver to the clients preffered address,door -door,work address,offices and or anywhere convenient for the client. Very bad service and unhappy client.
