unhappy and disappointed

Was expecting a parcel from amazon on the 20th Dec. Amazon advise that it is delayed and now will expect delivery latest 3 Jan. I downloaded the aramex app. My shipment was reflecting incoming with the tracker number.. this morning the shipment as disappeared completely and I am unable to trace it anywhere. Not even on AMarex website... how does a parcel disappear? So disappointing. This was a christmas gift
