Unfulfilled promises

I bought hair at luxury hair couture on Wednesday. .. promised an overnight delivery at R99 fee which I deposited into luxury hair couture bank account. Today it's a Saturday still haven't received my delivery, I called the call centre only to be told delivery guys didn't find anyone at my place which is a lie because I've been in the house waiting for them and nobody knocked at my place for a delivery. I find it extremely unprofessional for a call centre agent to tell me oopsy nothing we can do wait for Monday as I need my parcel for the weekend.
