Unfair classification of item. Aramex

Bought an item in USA and shipped to forwarding address. Item has been flagged as unacceptable. Item in question is not on the list of items as per business website. A Unifi Switch. Sent a few mails back and forth and they have a list where this item is on but list not available anywhere. Have been promised the list to be mailed to me but whoever you speak to today is absent the next. Have used Aramex for a while, just sad when something goes wrong they nowhere to assist.
