********* or inefficient? Charged Duties For packages under R500 and charged duties on delivery fee.

I have used AGS, DHL, Fedex and UPS for over 4 years now and Aramex is by far the worst. It seems as if they make the mistake and we, the "customer" have to pay the price.

1st package: I was billed for duties on a package that was under R500(Approximately R450 after discount). I was informed that duties are charged on the total amount before discount, which is a first for me as I have previously never paid duties on packages over R500 before discount.

2nd package Another first, The value of my shipment was under R 500.00, I asked for this to be put on the low-value items manifest and I was then informed by ***** that the delivery fee forms part of the total charge and is subject to duties which is incorrect and *********. I have never been billed nor has delivery ever formed part of the total charge in over 4 years of importing.

If you want to import, use MyUS going forward, It seems that Aramex are ********* and dishonest or just plain inefficient.
