Undelivered/Lost Parcel

Late last year (November) my wife was sending a parcel from Benoni to Grahamstown using the Aramex's store drop off at Pick n Pay in Oakfields in Benoni.

The parcel left the store, however it never reached the intended destination. After numerous follow ups with Aramex, they could not find the parcel in their undelivered packages.

I visited their branch in Johannesburg, thrown from pillar to post and they could not find my parcel and I have been following up with no success.
