Undelivered parcel from ARAMEX

Aramex is the worst courier company ever, I don't even know why this online shops still uses them for courier cause wow they are so useless, right now my parcel seems delivered even though I received nothing n when I try to track my parcel it shows that someone in Rusterburg received my parcel while I'm in Thabazimbi and it is clearly stated on my parcel.
