Undelivered package from Aramex global Shopper
<p>I have a package that has stays on on satus since the begining of the month.</p> <p>Parcel was held and cleared at customs but it is yet to be delivered.</p> <p>When I call the office, I get told the same story everytime. "Collections from the warehouse are only done monday and thursday", it has been 3 weeks with the same comment eveytime I call for an update</p>
