Undelivered goods as Delivered

I’ve had the worst kind of experience with this damn company. Yesterday I was told that my shipment has been received and I asked for an invoice to pay for my tax. Nothing till today but the status of the shipment changed to Delivered when I’m not even in Joburg, I’m really angry and frustrated about this cause this Mbali from the chat mislead me into thinking that I’d receive my shipment by the end of the week.
