Undelivered Goods

It has been three weeks and not even a call from anyone at Aramex on an express delivery charged and paid for. The response from Tebogo Majozi ,after I called, was basically claim your money back from Hong Kong. In this age of online buying one would expect a international courier to be focussed on customer service but hence it seems Aramex has a stuff the clients attitude. From me and my collegues I can assure you on every order we shall persist that any courier but Aramex is used. And yes on the forums where we all advise and consult on these matter the name of Aramex will be slaudered. Apart of the non-delivery, non-communication i was advised that i should receive a mail to complete for customs within 2 minutes. No surprise I had to call again for she has still not done her job.

ear Gerrit

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.

We apologize for the delay in delivery and we fully understand how frustrating this may be, however the shipment is currently held by Customs for inspection. This forms part of the normal import process, and during peak periods Customs reserves the right to stop all shipments irrespective of the value declared.

Customs is not under Aramex's control and although we facilitate the process on behalf of the customer, they operate independently and is State owned.

Your complaint has been escalated to an Imports Team Senior, and he will be in contact with you shortly.

Kind regards
