Undelivered consignment from aramex

Good day I write this with such disappointment with aramex and our customs, my sister sent my daughter a gift via aramex which she was supposed to receive on the 22nd of February and the fone did arrive because they called me to ask me if I knew about the parcel and I agreed . It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received my daughter's fone at first they wanted proof that it was a gift we provided them with that and they made me pay R255 for customs and again they wanted a R160 and they wanted a R1500 and I paid it , they had said it is for penalties since the amount of the fone was not declared and even though it was a gift I still paid the R1500 because my daughter was anxiously waiting for her gift. It's been two weeks now since I paid that amount and I have been getting stories from aramex that the consignment is not yet released iam now frustrated because I have ran out of options and the only people I have contacts with is aramex they tell me iam not allowed to be inn contact with customs .please can their bosses or supervisor follow up on my matter because i feel like iam being made a fool of now .
