Unbelievably horrible service

I'm disappointed I went to checkers Waterfall to send parcels over the weekend , it's the next weekend the parcels haven't been collected, my clients now think I haven't sent anything When I contacted your customer service they can't pick up the waybill I thought store to door is overnight seems now it's overweek I'm really disappointed, we are small business owners trying to grow , but how will we because now clients want refunds This is pathetic to say the least A WHole Week!!!!!!
