Unbelievably BAD service - None at all

If I could give a minus I would. Parcel received at Aramex pretoria on 17 June and it is still not delivered. Apparently there is no one at home. We are 5 people at home DAILY!! We get deliveries from Woolworths, Checkers, Courier guy daily BUT not ftom Aramex
