Unauthorized Delivery to a ********** Recipient

I recently placed an ad on OLX to sell an iPhone5. I was contacted on Friday the 6th of November by a Mr. Vincant Maleka who offered to pay courier fees and the fee for the cellphone if i sent it to him via Postnet on a Saturday delivery. <br> <br> It was not long after that i received a proof of payment from Mr. Maleka which after close study i found to be a ********** document due to some spelling errors, i have kept proof of this document as well. I contacted Postnet on the 7th of November to stop the delivery. They then claimed to have received a call from a male claiming to be my boyfriend, telling him not to cancel the package.<br> <br> I immediately contacted Aramex, the delivery company for Postnet at 12 : 04 On Saturday the 7th ( i also have proof of my call logs). They told me that the delivery was in fact stopped and that the package was being held at Oakdene.<br> <br> Despite my efforts Aramex then released the package to an \Elias"not a Vincent Maleka and did so against my will. I phoned several times to stop delivery. <br> <br> Since then i have attempted to resolve this case and claim back from Aramex to no avail. None of my emails are rep**** to and none of my calls are returned."""
